Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To be fair to both my clients and my business, I have a cancellation policy in place. • First-Time Cancellation: I offer a one-time courtesy for first-time cancellations, so there will be no charge. • Subsequent Cancellations: For any additional cancellations, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. This policy is designed to protect my time and livelihood, as I reserve that time specifically for you. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service. Please understand that in this industry, time is essential, and last-minute changes affect not only my schedule but also other clients who may need an appointment. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
